By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promotor’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of FBC, their respective affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. In ROI the promotion is carried out under a license issued by the District Court area of Dundalk and held by Dundalk Simon Community (the beneficiary) Seatown House, Jocelyn St, Townparks, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. (Charity No: CHY10951).

3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

4. Entrants must be 18 years or over. We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

5. Purchase, internet access and mobile number required. Retain receipt.

7. The promotion is limited to one Max 1 entry/person/day. Max 1 prize/person/household over the promotion period.

8. Maximum of one instant win prize per person throughout the Promotional Period.

9. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a prize claim to be valid.

10. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.

Promotional Period

11. The Main Promotional Period opens at 00:00 on 21.05.2026 and closes at 23.59 on 28.08.2026.

12. There will be a Mop Up Draw for any unwon and/or unclaimed Instant Win prizes from the Main Promotional Period. The Mop Up Draw will take place by 26.09.2026.

13. To enter, purchase a qualifying pack of Jammie Dodgers or Party Rings and visit www.jammiedodgers.co.uk/win and enter your full name, mobile number and email address and last 4 digits of your barcode. Entrants are advised to take care when completing the entry form as these details will be used for dispatch in the event you are a winner.

14. Winners will receive an instant on-screen message confirming what prize they have won. All valid entrants will be placed into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a trip for four to Hollywood.

15. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.

Selecting the Instant Win prize winners

17. There are 2,001 Instant Win prizes available in total. Instant Win prizes will be awarded via predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly and evenly seeded throughout the entire Promotional Period. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.

18. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an Instant Win prize. Winners will also receive an SMS within 7 days confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their mobile number, email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Winners are advised to take care when submitting their personal details as they must match the details used upon entry for a claim to be valid. If the claim details do not match, the prize may be forfeited. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, Instant Win prizes will be dispatched to the address provided on the claim form and the name submitted on entry. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.

19. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.

20. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. If an entrant does not provide further information/evidence within 7 days of a request from the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid.

Selecting the Prize Draw winner

21. There will be one winner. The winner will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all valid entries currently submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions within 7 days of the closing date of the promotion.

22. The winner will be notified by phone to the mobile number provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw and will need to confirm their personal details and provide proof of age and eligibility. They will also be provided with details on how to claim their prize. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, including a minimum of three phone calls; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days a reserve winner will be selected by the same process as set out above. A maximum of two reserve winners will be contacted.

23. If at the end of the Main Promotional Period there are Instant Win prizes that remain unwon and/or unclaimed, all valid entrants who have not previously won a prize from the main promotional period will be eligible for a chance to win. Further Prize Details

General Information

30. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

31. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternative is available.

32. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this Promotion for the purposes of administering this Promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

33. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

34. The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Jammie & Party Rings Minions (8677), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

35. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names, without further remuneration the winner is not obliged to agree to any request.

36. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

37. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.

38. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

39. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

40. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.

41. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions,
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption,
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof,
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.

42. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with English law, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
